Orders and policies
Placing an order is straight forward.
First find what you are looking for and make the payment right here on the website.
After making payment with buy it now button, ship your cylinders or engine core (depending on your purchase) with a copy of receipt, contact phone # and any special requests.
If paying with a cashier check (certified bank check) please contact us at info@fullboreonline.com to let us know it is coming so we can keep it in mind for scheduling. Please note that we schedule our workload by payments received and or deposits. Shipping us something overnight doesn't mean we can do it immediately. If you are in that big of a hurry, be sure to find out our current turn around time before ordering. we are currently running 7 to 10 days on top end kits.

Don't forget to insure your shipment. If you keep your shipping receipt, you can check online to see when it is received on our end. Please send with signature required.
When Full Bore ships your cylinders or engine back, you will receive an email with the tracking number. We no longer ship signature required unless requested by the customer. We will ship to the address provided at the time of payment unless notified in writing on the receipt or from your email address on record with Full Bore.
Payments
We accept credit and debit cards through pay pal or the website only.
We do not take credit card payments over the phone.

Cashiers check, money orders are accepted.
Personal checks will be held for 10 days before shipping.
No C.O.D.s.
Note- If you want to pay with a debit card or credit card click on add to cart, this will bring up a new page secured by pay pal. At this page you will be asked to proceed to check out or continue shopping. When you have everything in the cart that you want click on proceed to check out. This will bring up a new page offering payment by credit card or pay pal. Either way this is still secured by pay pal and accepts most credit cards even without being a pay pal member.
We are not a bank, Balance due must be paid in full before it will be shipped!
Core charge
We don't charge a core charge because we are rebuilding your engine. If part of you engine core isn't rebuildable such as a hole in case we have many core parts in stock and would only charge for what is needed and only after contacting you first.
Warranty
Engines
Warranty covers defects in Parts and craftsmanship for 1 year unless otherwise stated. A written copy of the warranty is supplied with engine.
Top end rebuild kits
Top end kits do come with a guarantee on our machine work. Full Bore cannot warranty cover your ability to clean, prep, assemble or maintain your engine. If you have a failure in a top end kit notify Full Bore within 2 weeks (14 days) of said failure. Full Bore will need a copy of original receipt, failed pistons, and cylinders to inspect. Upon inspection and evaluation Full Bore will contact you with our findings. Fault to be determined by Full Bore.
Scheduling
Scheduling and order of work done is determined by payment received or deposit date.
Without payment or a deposit you are not on the schedule!!!

For status of current orders PLEASE email us and we will update you as soon as possible. Please don't call to see if we received your cylinders or engine!!! When you ship them, keep a copy of your tracking info, you will know it is here before we can even check it in. This helps keep the phone lines open and our techs working on possibly your engine or top end.
