Full Bore top end kits are returned to you with everything needed for your top end rebuild, including Your cylinders bored (We only bore as large as needed to clean up the bore) up to 0.040" (1mm) oversize. pistons, rings, pins, bearings, circlips, head gasket, base gasket, and exhaust gaskets. All work is guaranteed!!! After we receive your cylinders we will inspect them and determine what oversize pistons it will take to make the cylinders straight (usually 1st or 2nd over) then bore your cylinders on a boring bar, final sized with a rigid hone. The ports are chamfered in a 3 stage process to ease the rings back in, including a final hone to extend engine life, and improves performance. The kit is returned to you with everything needed for your top end rebuild No more trips home from the machine shop without your cylinders because the pistons weren't big enough to clean it up. Let alone the fact you have to send those pistons back and order another set. We keep it simple and offer solutions for your top end rebuild and get you back on the water. WSM Platinum 947/951 $349 Rave mod for clearance $20 Per set. Available in drop down menu. If your cylinders are already 0.040" (1mm) over, or need to go larger to clean up they would require resleeving or Wiseco BIG BORE pistons. We offer both options if needed for most of our kits.
Rave valve mod. Sea Doo 787/800 and 947/951 require relieving the RAVE Valve if bored more then the first oversize as shown in our tech tips Page. After boring the cylinders on a Sea Doo 787/800 947/951 or any other engine with a power valve, you must relieve the exhaust power (RAVE) valve for clearance or you will snag your rings and destroy your new top end. The old rule of standard bore and first over don't need the valves relieved doesn't always hold true. As things wear they tend to get closer and eventually they make contact even on std bore with high hours. Send the valve only we do NOT want the plastic caps they tend to break in shipping. Sea doo 947, 951 Resleeve kit's Resleeve your Sea Doo 947, 951 back to standard bore '98 and newer carb models or DI. Includes 2 pistons WSM Platinum (molly coated), rings, pins, bearings, circlips, head gasket, base gasket, and exhaust gaskets and sleeves. Your cylinders (2) are resleeved, then bored to standard bore. Complete for $475.

Shipping your cylinders. When shipping cylinders, pad them tightly with crumpled newspaper or dense foam, be sure cylinder (s) are secure and don't move freely in the box causing damage. Don't forget to insure
