Sea Doo Top End Kits

Everything you need to rebuild your Seadoo top end.  

Full Bore top end kits are returned to you with everything needed for your top end rebuild, including Your cylinders bored  (We only bore as large as needed to clean up the bore) up to 0.040" (1mm) oversize.  pistons, rings, pins, bearings, circlips, head gasket, base gasket, and exhaust gaskets. 

All work is guaranteed!!!

After we receive your cylinders we will inspect them and determine what oversize pistons it will take to make the cylinders straight (usually 1st or 2nd over) then bore your cylinders on a boring bar, final sized with a rigid hone.  The ports are chamfered in a 3 stage process to ease the rings back in, including a final hone to extend engine life, and improves performance. The kit is returned to you with everything needed for your top end rebuild

No more trips home from the machine shop without your cylinders because the pistons weren't big enough to clean it up.  Let alone the fact you have to send those pistons back and order another set.  We keep it simple and offer solutions for your top end rebuild and get you back on the water.

Per set  These options are available as upgrades in drop down menu.  If your cylinders are already 0.040" (1mm) over, or need to go larger to clean up they would require resleeving.  We offer resleeving if needed for any of our kitsMost of our top end kit's are available in Standard or Platinum.  The Platinum pistons are molly coated to reduce friction and the standard kits are not.

Rave valve mod.

Sea Doo  787/800 and 947/951 require relieving the RAVE Valve if bored more then the first oversize as shown in our tech tips Page.

After boring the cylinders on a Sea Doo 787/800 947/951 or any other engine with a power valve, you must relieve the  exhaust power (RAVE) valve for clearance or you will snag your rings and destroy your new top end.  The old rule of standard bore and first over don't need the valves relieved doesn't always hold true. As things wear they tend to get closer and eventually they make contact even on std bore with high hours.

Send the valve only we do NOT want the plastic caps they tend to break in shipping.

Rave mod for clearance $20. Per set.

***Note*** Rave valve mod gives you clearance for the freshly bored top end but it is also a high wear part with a reputation for failing with or without the mod and need to be inspected regularly for wear.

Wiseco or Pro X top end kits  starting at $349.

Comes complete with new Wiseco or Pro X pistons, rings, pins, upper bearings all of the gaskets (WSM) needed for a top end rebuild. Your cylinders are custom bored to fit.

 Sea Doo standard bore cylinder measurements.

4th oversize is 1mm (0.040") larger then standard bore.

Sea doo - 580 is 76mm, 650 is 78mm, 720 and 800 are 82mm and the 951 is 88mm.


If you already purchased a top end kit (from Full Bore) and your cylinder needs a new sleeve we will replace the sleeve  part and labor for an additional $100 each, $150 for both on a twin cylinder and $200 on triple cylinders listed below.

   Contrary to the common belief, you don't just press out a sleeve and press in a new one.  Please don't wreck your cylinder trying.   Besides installation they do need to be bored and sized after installation.


Shipping your cylinders.

When shipping cylinders, pad them tightly with crumpled newspaper or dense foam, be sure cylinder (s) are secure and don't move freely in the box causing damage.

Don't forget to insure your shipment.  If you keep your shipping receipt, you can check online to see when it is received on our end.  Please send with signature required.  When we ship your cylinders or engine back,  you will receive an email with tracking info.


Be sure to include clear instructions of work requested, return address, and billing info, phone # and email address. 
If you have a pay pal receipt, please put a copy in with the cylinders or engine.


Turnaround time

Turnaround time is running 4-10 days on our top end kits.

We will try and keep it in less then one business week.
