Your cylinders (2) are bored up to 0.040" (1mm) oversize. Includes 2 WSM pistons, rings, pins, bearings, circlips, head (o-rings) gasket, base gasket, and exhaust gaskets.

After we receive your cylinders we will inspect them and determine what oversize pistons it will take to make the cylinders straight then bore your cylinders on a boring bar, final sized with a rigid hone.  The ports are chamfered in a 3 stage process to ease the rings back in, including a final hone to extend engine life, and improves performance. The kit is returned to you with everything needed for your top end rebuild

No more trips home from the machine shop without your cylinders because the pistons weren't big enough to clean it up.  Let alone the fact you have to send those pistons back and order another set.  We keep it simple and offer solutions for your top end rebuild and get you back on the water.

If you send your old piston and spark plug, we can usually tell you what caused the failure so you can keep this from happening again.  Please note old pistons and spark plug will be disposed and not returned.

  Need more than a top end kit but don’t have the time for Full Bore to do the complete rebuild and don’t want hackmasters with false claims and shoddy work doing it.  This might be the Ideal solution for you.

  Platinum top end rebuild kit is upgraded to include a complete gasket set with seals, brand new (not rebuilt) WSM crankshaft, and of course your cylinders are bored to match the new WSM Platinum (up to but not more than 4th over) pistons.

Shipping your cylinders.

When shipping cylinders, pad them tightly with crumpled newspaper or dense foam, be sure cylinder (s) are secure and don't move freely in the box causing damage.

Don't forget to insure your shipment.  If you keep your shipping receipt, you can check online to see when it is received on our end.  Please send with signature required.  When we ship your cylinders or engine back,  you will receive an email with tracking info.

Be sure to include clear instructions of work requested, return address, and billing info, phone # and email address. 
If you have a pay pal receipt, please put a copy in with the cylinders or engine.
